Is every complete address guaranteed to exist?
Not necessarily. Locality, region, and postal relationships are preserved, but premise and street details may be generated with country-aware rules where real premise data is not used.
Can the locality, region, and postal code be unrelated?
The generator reads all three fields from the same geography relationship record instead of randomizing them independently.
Why does the house number follow the street name?
That ordering matches the usual German street-address convention.
Does the postcode appear before the city?
Yes. The formatter places the five-digit postcode immediately before the city.
