Is every complete address guaranteed to exist?
Not necessarily. Locality, region, and postal relationships are preserved, but premise and street details may be generated with country-aware rules where real premise data is not used.
Can the locality, region, and postal code be unrelated?
The generator reads all three fields from the same geography relationship record instead of randomizing them independently.
Why does the Japanese address start with the postal code?
The formatter uses the native postal-first ordering common in Japanese addresses.
Are prefectures and municipalities generated independently?
No. Prefecture, municipality, locality, and postal code stay in one source relationship.
Are the block and unit values official?
No. Those premise-level values are synthetic test fields.
